Day 3 started off with a lesson on Vietnam: much more on cultural and geographical aspects though not too in depth. Afternoon, we had a Vietnamese language lesson which was easy to pick up but hard to master. There's nothing much happening during the day apart from the lessons we had.
In the evening we ventured out to a village nearby for dinner followed by a welcome party at the Guesthouse. The party was organized by some of our friends. We got to know the others that were also staying at the Guesthouse. The usual ice-breaking games and exchanging of numbers, e-mail address etc.
